At the beginning of the establishment of Fengfu photovoltaic power generation Co., Ltd. and the construction of photovoltaic power stations, our Township had formulated the income distribution plan and formulated the income distribution and use plan of "three noes" photovoltaic power stations, After being approved by the township poverty alleviation and development leading group meeting and publicized in the township government affairs open column, information disclosure station and associated villages for 10 days, the income distribution and use plan of photovoltaic power stations shall be reported to the district development and Reform Commission, the Agricultural Commission, the Finance Bureau and the poverty Alleviation Office for the record. It is suggested that the district poverty alleviation and Development Bureau should strengthen the guidance on the use of funds for village level photovoltaic power generation projects, speed up the declaration and approval of township level photovoltaic power stations in response to national initiatives and the development trend of the global synthetic leather industry and downstream markets, and improve the income distribution level of poverty-stricken people associated with power stations
